Lead the management and negotiation of HR services and benefits contracts. Act as a focal point between HR and Procurement, optimizing costs and ensuring service excellence. Conduct complex negotiations with HR service providers and maintain updated purchasing catalogs.

5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and negotiation of HR services. Strong knowledge of contract management and budgeting processes. Experience with SAP and Coupa systems is preferred.
