Core Responsibilities

The Order Management Analyst is responsible for the end-to-end execution of customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely release. They collaborate cross-functionally to resolve supply chain challenges and monitor KPIs such as fill rates and on-time delivery.

Requirements

Candidates must have a BA/BS degree and at least 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or order management. Proficiency in MS Office is required, with the ability to quickly learn SAP and Tableau.
