Actively engage with teachers and coordinators from partner schools to enhance the use of Edify solutions. Conduct periodic training sessions on our solutions, both in-person and remotely. Develop and monitor strategies to delight and engage clients, while maintaining regular communication through platforms like WhatsApp.

High school diploma or currently pursuing a higher education degree. Experience in customer service or client relationship management. Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships. Proactive, collaborative, and customer experience-oriented.
