Support the building and maintenance of relationships with clients in our ecosystem, such as drivers, carriers, and places. Participate in the planning, implementation, and execution of projects that promote driver satisfaction and retention. Collect, organize, and share relevant information from internal and external sources to contribute to client engagement and internal team collaboration.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or in progress in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields. Knowledge of GSuite tools for creating spreadsheets, presentations, and dashboards, as well as project management and data analysis skills. Must have a personal vehicle and driver's license for visits in São Paulo and the metropolitan area.
