Core Responsibilities

The Technical Account Manager acts as a trusted technical advisor, proactively optimizing customer technical health, mitigating risk, and driving long-term adoption of the Samsara platform to realize measurable business value. This involves developing tailored success plans, mastering Samsara's platform, owning technical escalations, and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role, demonstrating deep technical acumen in hardware, software, and APIs, along with strong English communication skills. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred, and experience with SaaS/IoT environments and basic Python skills are advantageous.
