Core Responsibilities

Implement short-term personnel demand planning for your area and monitor key performance indicators to guide the team towards delivering results. Manage the work schedule of leadership, directing and monitoring the performance of leaders and indirectly their teams. Oversee team deliveries and development, conducting evaluations, providing feedback, and facilitating training. Standardize and optimize operational shift changes, ensuring proper communication of relevant issues and team division according to demand.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Engineering, or related fields. Knowledge in project management, continuous improvement (Lean, Kaizen, or similar), and proficiency in Office Suite, with experience in WMS and/or LMS systems. Experience in managing people and operational teams, focusing on safety, quality, and productivity. Availability to work shifts in Franco da Rocha/SP.
