Analista Júnior de Operações Logísticas

Monitor transportation and reverse logistics operations, ensuring visibility of collections, deliveries, and returns throughout the logistics chain. Track scheduling and rescheduling with carriers and logistics operators, ensuring execution as planned. Manage operational occurrences, performing follow-ups with internal stakeholders and external partners. Extract, analyze, and report operational indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making and operational performance.

High school diploma required; bachelor's degree or technologist in Logistics, Production Engineering, Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields preferred. Basic or intermediate knowledge of Excel for data analysis and report creation. Familiarity with logistics processes, transportation, and reverse logistics is desirable. Experience in operational monitoring and delivery tracking is a plus.
