Remote troubleshooting of non-core DC network and compute infrastructure. Coordinate with remote hands & eyes for resolving DC facilities and IT infrastructure issues. Participate in small-size improvement projects and assist senior techs in quality checks of new site and edge network scaling projects.
What We're Looking For
High school or equivalent diploma. Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience with computer/server hardware troubleshooting and Data Center Operations.
