Execute full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for high-volume Educator roles across the US. Manage the candidate pipeline, conduct screenings, and maintain data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and native or advanced English fluency. Candidates must possess strong creative sourcing skills and familiarity with ATS/CRM platforms.
