QuintoAndarCore Responsibilities
The main objective is to strategically manage key accounts in the Real Estate sector, ensuring client satisfaction and sustainable business growth through consultative management and flawless operational execution. Responsibilities include direct management of key Real Estate accounts within the real estate and broker vertical in Lima, ensuring comprehensive follow-up of the assigned portfolio, and guaranteeing the fulfillment of monthly sales targets and defined management KPIs.
Requirements
Candidates must be graduates or have advanced studies in Administration, Marketing, Economics, Communication, or related areas, with prior experience managing structured Key Accounts processes. Technical skills required include proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce desirable) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Excel, along with availability for in-person meetings in Lima.
