The Retail Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing major partners within the Rappi ecosystem, focusing on driving growth and ensuring excellent commercial execution with these partners. Key duties include managing a strategic retail account portfolio, identifying growth opportunities (GMV, orders, ticket size), and negotiating commercial plans and promotions.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial areas or account management, coupled with a strong analytical profile capable of working with data to generate insights. Essential attributes include strong negotiation skills, proactivity, a sense of urgency, autonomy, and a hands-on approach to work.
