Support the building and maintenance of relationships with clients in our ecosystem, such as drivers, carriers, and agencies. Participate in planning, implementing, and executing actions that promote driver satisfaction and retention. Collect, organize, and share relevant information from internal and external sources to contribute to client engagement and internal team collaboration. Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions that add value to the client experience.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields. Knowledge of Google tools for creating spreadsheets, presentations, and dashboards, as well as basic data management and analysis skills. Must have a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license for visits to operations in the southern region of São Paulo. Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days in-person) from 9 AM to 6:48 PM, Monday to Friday.
