What You'll Do
Define design standards for the SuperApp. Co-lead Product Discovery by moderating and facilitating sessions to create Service Blueprints and Customer Journey Maps. Conduct UX Research to establish user-centered experiences through low and high-fidelity prototypes. Collaborate with development teams to adapt and implement best market practices.
What We're Looking For
Practical knowledge in UX Research. Experience in designing and evolving Design Systems. Ability to work in scaled teams and multichannel contexts.
