Act as a strategic partner for the Customer Success area, translating needs into data-driven analyses. Extract, process, and analyze data, ensuring quality and reliability. Develop and optimize SQL queries for insights and decision support. Create dashboards and management reports to track key indicators.

Requirements

Solid experience as a Business Analyst or in related areas with a strong focus on data analysis and automation. Advanced SQL skills for complex queries and performance optimization. Experience with data analysis and generating actionable insights. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
