Ejecutivo/a PyME (Ciudad de México, Metro Sur)

Attend to all service requests for contracting, maintenance, post-sale, and operational needs of clients. Provide clients with the necessary operational support to achieve high-quality service and meet objectives. Ensure client satisfaction by timely fulfilling their operational requests, installation, follow-up, and contracting of PyME products.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Finance. Currently working in the PyME sector with 12-18 months of experience in financial sales. Experience in client placement and support for the PyME segment. Knowledge of accounting, credit, finance, and administrative management of portfolios.
