Actively manage and support Backhaul network environments, focusing on routers and microwave radio equipment. Provide technical support to field professionals by managing and addressing failure tickets to ensure efficient incident resolution. Collaborate with internal and external teams to enhance network connectivity infrastructure and contribute to network stability and performance.

Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing in Engineering, Computer Science, Networks, or related fields. Experience in Radio/SDH support and knowledge equivalent to CCNA certification. Familiarity with Metro network support and experience in systems analysis, development, automation, and reporting.
