Asistentes/ Analista de Cuentas por Pagar (PTP)

Execute the processing and recording of invoices, ensuring compliance with established procedures. Manage high volumes of transactions and follow up on invoices with issues or exceptions. Collaborate in account reconciliations and related bank reconciliations. Provide support in resolving inquiries related to payments, invoices, and accounts payable.

1 to 4 years of experience in Procure to Pay (PTP), Accounts Payable, Invoice Processing, Payments, or related financial roles. Professional or technical education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields. Solid knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or others). Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

The position offers the opportunity to participate in key accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, payment execution, reconciliations, expense management, and issue resolution, working collaboratively with global teams and clients from various industries.
