Leads and drives a customer-focused culture throughout the team to deepen client relationships. Provides oversight and leadership for teams during the Director’s absence and coordinates workforce and capacity planning, budget planning, and operational activities. Maintains executive reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and management information to monitor performance and supports business, governance, and regulatory reviews.

University degree in business, finance, or related field with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a major financial institution. Proven experience leading centralized shared-services or business operations teams. Strong project management and executive communication skills, with a track record of managing people.
