What You'll Do
Act as the primary point of contact for B2B customers, suppliers, and Bosch plants, ensuring the stability and continuity of EDI services. Monitor Axway TSIM and end-to-end EDI transactions, identifying and resolving failed transactions, system incidents, and connectivity issues. Manage Trading Partners, including onboarding, configuration, testing, connectivity, go-live, and production stabilization.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification. Advanced English proficiency required. Hands-on experience providing EDI support, including testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting system issues. Experience in Trading Partner management, including partner setup, configuration, integration, and maintenance.
