This role is responsible for program and project management to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to customers, often acting as a key end-to-end resource lead on small to mid-sized projects. The analyst will also provide PMO services, including tracking KPIs, financial impact, and managing post-implementation activities while partnering with sales and product teams.
Requirements
Candidates need extensive professional experience in financial services, payments, or electronic processing, along with good project management skills for scoping multiple work-streams across different teams and geographies. A strong analytical mindset, effective communication across organizational levels, and experience with Mastercard's systems and operations are also required, with API Programming experience being noted.
