Develop and direct the long-term strategic planning of the mining unit. Conduct economic evaluations of exclusive resources to increase the Life of Mine (LOM). Manage the follow-up of the long-term master plan with support areas. Calculate mineral reserves.

Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering. At least 5 years of experience in mine planning and operations. Strong knowledge of various mining methods. Advanced proficiency in Deswik. Availability to work under mining regime.
