Lead and manage the hybrid operation of 10 stores in the AMBA, ensuring compliance with key KPIs. Act as a liaison between store operations and other areas of Mercado Libre, communicating guidelines and resolving operational issues in real-time. Analyze productivity and performance of each store using dashboards and data, identifying root causes of deviations and proposing action plans.

Demonstrated leadership experience in managing, communicating, and coordinating operational teams across multiple locations, preferably in logistics. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in dashboards, advanced Excel, and BigQuery or other data analysis tools. University degree in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields is desirable.
