Core Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned creative and production projects within OMG, from brief intake and resource assignment through production, review, approval, and delivery. Coordinate across creative, CRM, video, and QA teams to manage dependencies, review cycles, and production milestones. Track and flag SLA risks early and escalate to the Program Director with a proposed resolution before deadlines are missed.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in project management, traffic management, or production coordination in a creative, marketing, or content production environment. Proficiency with project management tools such as OMG, Workfront, Asana, or Monday.com. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
