Coordinate the promotion and advise the branch network and SME executives in managing assigned client portfolios and attracting new clients. Evaluate SME executives' performance periodically with the Regional Director to adjust strategies for meeting placement goals. Ensure SME executives develop client relationships and cross-sell transactional products and insurance.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in an economic-administrative field. Proficiency in APOLO and DIANA platforms. Experience with Microsoft Office suite. 3 years of experience as a branch director or similar role.
