SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant - EY Global Delivery Services

Serve as the primary point of contact for Compensation projects, overseeing all phases from discovery through deployment and support. Manage and mentor a team of consultants, assigning tasks and providing guidance throughout project lifecycles. Analyze and document client requirements, translating them into system specifications and design documents.

10+ years of application services and/or client/supplier relationship management in a technology environment. 5+ years experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Compensation. A degree in Computer Science and/or a business related degree; or equivalent work experience.
