Lead Project Manager - Bilingual

Understand and leverage technology solutions to meet client business objectives. Manage projects involving AI, GenAI, contact center solutions (CCaaS), and customer experience technologies like voice/chat bots. Proactive management of project budgets, revenue forecasts, and financial reporting. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

English proficiency: Verbal C2. Experience in project management life cycle, waterfall model, agile, and strategic planning. Familiarity with Budgeting, Change Management, Client Engagement, Finance, and Communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Project/Planner, Office 365, Teams Premium (AI features), and Copilot.
