Ensure control of the operational cost of the distribution center against the budget and forecast, identifying and analyzing deviations, mapping savings opportunities, and pointing out inefficiencies or productivity gains. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with deadlines in preparing and updating the weekly cost report and key performance indicators, deepening specific analyses for productivity, personnel, packaging costs, supplies, among others. Collaborate in the annual budget planning of the distribution center, from defining guidelines to its preparation, reviewing and reporting to management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields. Experience in cost and controlling in industry or retail. Knowledge in MS Excel and Google Sheets, as well as SQL queries, Tableau, and/or BI. Familiarity with SAP, FI, CO, and M is desirable, along with specialization in Controlling, Finance, or Data Science.
