Implementation Specialist

Own the partner implementation from kickoff through Hypercare exit, managing the timeline, milestones, dependencies, and partner coordination. Ensure technical feasibility is agreed upon with KAM/Commercial before commitments are made. Hold pillar owners accountable and be the single point of escalation for any commitment slips.

Experience running multi-workstream implementations to external customers, through go-live and hypercare/stabilization. Advanced English and Spanish skills (written and spoken). Desirable experience with BEES, TCS, or Professional Services delivery, and knowledge in API and ERP.
