Lead a process improvement project by interviewing executives and supervisors to document how each type of request is resolved. Analyze ticket data using SQL to identify sellers' main pain points and trends. Create FAQs for the chatbot and Help Center for sellers, and manage mass communications via Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
What We're Looking For
Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Familiarity with SQL and data analysis is required. Strong analytical skills and the ability to propose and implement process improvements.
