Lead end-to-end planning and performance projects with autonomy for decision-making and problem resolution. Maintain excellent communication and relationships with various stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals and progress of initiatives. Structure databases to ensure integrity, adequacy, and reliability of information. Analyze different scenarios to identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and direct data-driven strategies.

Experience in Planning, Performance, Business Intelligence, or Operations. Advanced knowledge of SQL and ability to manipulate and extract large volumes of data. Strong analytical vision and critical sense to transform data into actionable plans. Hands-on profile with self-management capability and decision-making in complex scenarios.
