Staff Engineer Android

Propose and implement features and continuous improvements, ensuring the quality, scalability, and availability of the platform. Drive good architecture practices and code health to support product growth. Actively participate in the technical definition of initiatives and tasks with the team. Collaborate cross-functionally with a focus on achieving departmental objectives.

Solid experience in native development with Kotlin, Android SDK, and modularized applications. Mastery of Clean Architecture and design patterns such as MVVM or MVI. Experience with Jetpack Compose, XML, and dependency injection (Hilt, Dagger 2, or Koin). Advanced concurrency management using Coroutines and Flow.
