Responsibilities also include leveraging various log tools to troubleshoot issues, analyzing APIs and data models, inspecting web applications, and participating in QA and bug management processes.
Requirements
Candidates must possess excellent English communication skills (C1-C2 level) and experience troubleshooting web applications, including understanding APIs, data models, and HTTP status codes. Success requires the ability to quickly analyze logs, strong analytical thinking, familiarity with support technologies like Twilio and Azure Logs, and having a personal computer with stable high-speed internet.
