Core Responsibilities

Manage security activities, risk management, and crisis management, ensuring the execution of processes and guidelines. Lead the team of security analysts, organizing operational activities and promoting a culture of safety and compliance. Identify opportunities for improvement in security processes and develop action plans to mitigate risks related to safety and property.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required. Proven experience in operational environments, continuous improvement, process standardization, team management, and data analysis. Knowledge of Google Sheets, Looker, Google Slides, and Business Intelligence tools, along with experience in internal investigations, risk analysis, and operational crisis management is a plus.
