Core Responsibilities

Manage cleaning staff and develop master cleaning plans for various areas. Oversee park activities including cleaning, waste collection, and gardening. Handle supplier interactions for products and supplies needed for facilities. Control and purchase hygiene and cleaning supplies, and manage maintenance policies for cafeteria equipment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering (Industrial or Administrative Mechanics). 5 years of experience in facilities supervision for offices or warehouses. Desired experience in manufacturing plants or automated distribution centers. Strong leadership skills and problem-solving abilities.
