Applied IA & Transformation Senior Manager

Lead the redesign of Wellz's operations around AI, determining which workflows to rebuild and defining success metrics. Own the AI transformation program, translating corporate direction into actionable plans and reporting progress to executive leadership. Drive operational adoption of AI workflows with target teams, ensuring effective implementation and trust-building.

Proven track record of shipping an AI agent or workflow into production. Ability to identify operational bottlenecks and prioritize workflow rebuilds based on evidence. Strong bias to action and comfort with rapid iteration based on feedback.
