Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience leading collections teams, which is an exclusive requirement, and possess strong knowledge in team management, negotiation, collections, and KPI tracking using tools like Excel and CRM systems. Advanced student or professional with a tertiary/university degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
