Be the first contact at our campus, ensuring a welcoming experience for visitors, partners, and employees. Manage access, entry flows, and visitor agendas efficiently. Support the management of physical and digital documents, ensuring organization and traceability. Engage with various departments to ensure smooth daily operations and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements

High school diploma required (higher education in progress is a plus). Experience in public service and/or administrative routines. Intermediate Excel skills are mandatory. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks. Good communication and professional demeanor.
