What You'll Do
Monitor credit recovery indicators and performance of portfolios to identify deviations and improvement opportunities. Support the definition and execution of credit recovery strategies. Conduct analyses to identify causes of delinquency and propose corrective actions. Interact with partner areas and suppliers to ensure process effectiveness.

Experience in credit recovery or related areas. Knowledge of performance indicators and results analysis. Analytical profile with the ability to identify opportunities and propose solutions.
