Execute recruitment and selection processes for administrative and front-line roles according to corporate guidelines, ensuring the entry of talented collaborators into the organization. Additionally, support the corporate onboarding process and fulfill R&S policies based on business needs.

Requirements

Candidates must be professionals in Psychology, Business Engineering, or related fields, possessing at least one year of experience in Recruitment and Selection for administrative positions and front-line roles (operators, sales force). Intermediate proficiency in Excel and availability for field recruitment and visiting various operational sites are required.
