Senior Mechanical & Plumbing Estimator
AgentCore Responsibilities
Perform quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for mechanical, plumbing, and sheet metal systems. Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents for complex projects. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and scope clarification. Prepare bid proposals, RFIs, and submittal documentation.
Requirements
Civil Engineering degree or equivalent construction estimating experience. Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Minimum of 8 years of estimating experience in mechanical and plumbing construction, or 2-3 years of estimating experience with significant exposure to heavy plan and specification projects. Proficiency with AutoBid for mechanical and sheet metal estimating is required.
