Manage the TAT Commercial Agents in assigned regions, ensuring commercial results and compliance with contractual indicators. Supervise the budget compliance of assigned TAT Commercial Agents and implement strategies to improve productivity through contests and training. Conduct audits and provide coaching to ensure adherence to processes and programs set by management.

Bachelor's degree in Administrative or Commercial careers. Minimum 1 year of experience in TAT Distribution (traditional channel). Knowledge and experience in managing third parties and commercial teams. Intermediate proficiency in Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with a schedule from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
