Supervise the daily routine of teams responsible for product entry and exit. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and participate in cross-departmental projects. Plan and conduct continuous training for team representatives, sharing guidance related to activities and contributing to team development.

Proven experience in managing people and operational teams, with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Quality, Engineering, Administration, or related fields. Proficiency in Office Suite and knowledge of operational indicators and Artificial Intelligence.
