Structure and monitor the program plan, ensuring deliveries, deadlines, and compliance with service level agreements in technology, operations, and customer service. Select, prioritize, and evaluate potential suppliers based on assortment, operational capacity, and expected performance. Collaborate with Product and Technology as the technical link for Direct Fulfillment to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and coordinate incidents and integrations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Economics, Logistics, or related fields. 6 years of experience in managing complex programs or projects in operations, logistics, or supply chain. Proven experience in technology project management, interacting with product teams and defining requirements.
