Core Responsibilities

Own the availability, reliability, and security of identity, access, and account-protection systems. Drive the fraud-detection roadmap toward measurable customer impact, including fewer account takeovers and faster detection. Lead, develop, and grow four engineering managers and their squads, setting a high bar for hiring and performance. Set engineering standards across the fleet and hold teams accountable for post-launch quality and reliability.

Requirements

Experience leading engineering at the multi-team level with direct accountability for production systems. A track record of building and raising the bar of an engineering team, including hiring and developing strong engineers. Hands-on ownership of reliability for a high-stakes system and experience in a regulated environment such as fintech or crypto. Demonstrated ability to lead an AI-native team and strong cross-functional leadership in a multi-country organization.
