Manage corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and labor law matters, ensuring alignment with local legislation. Lead regulatory matters before the Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia (SFC), including regulatory filings and compliance obligations.

Law degree with strong experience in corporate, financial, and regulatory law, preferably within regulated industries. Solid hands-on experience dealing with financial regulators, ideally the Colombian Financial Superintendence (SFC). Proven ability to manage high workloads and complex legal matters in fast-paced organizations.
