Deputy Compliance officer

Support the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of the compliance framework in Colombia. Assist in managing relationships with regulators and ensure compliance with local laws and global standards. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, risk, operations, and other teams to embed compliance into the company's culture and processes.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of progressive regulatory compliance experience, ideally in fintech, banking, or tech-driven financial services, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. Deep knowledge of local and international financial regulations and experience building compliance programs from scratch.
