Key Responsibilities:

Real-Time Operations

Monitor and track drivers and vehicles using multiple dispatch and tracking software systems.
Coordinate schedules and assignments to ensure on-time performance and operational efficiency.

Customer & Driver Support

Assist chauffeurs and clients promptly with trip-related issues.
Resolve problems quickly and escalate when necessary to maintain service quality.
Provide prompt and professional assistance for customers via phone, email, and chat
When needed guide customers through reservations, cancellations, and general inquiries.

Communication & Collaboration

Maintain clear and consistent communication with drivers, clients, and internal departments.
Ensure all relevant updates are logged and shared to keep operations aligned.

Efficiency & Accuracy

Use technology effectively to manage multiple systems and monitors simultaneously.
Maintain accurate records of assignments, schedules, and service updates.

POSITION: Dispatcher
Location: Remote (Global Search; Latin America prioritized)
Schedule: Friday to Tuesday, 03:00 PM – 12:00 AM (EST) (Off Wed/Thu)
Compensation: 1700 - 2000 USD/month

Note: Independent contractor position
