Core Responsibilities

The role involves providing support throughout the personnel recruitment process, including assisting with talent attraction projects and managing personnel selection for new incorporations. Additionally, the intern will support staff induction, onboarding, and R&S programs.

Requirements

Candidates must be in their final cycles or recent graduates of Psychology, Human Resources, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. A minimum of 3 months of experience in human resources processes is required, along with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and intermediate English is desirable.
