Lead the strategy and execution of mass hiring for logistics operations across Brazil. Structure and coordinate hiring plans for each project, ensuring timely delivery and strategic alignment with operational leadership. Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in different regions, ensuring governance, quality, and productivity in complex and high-volume contexts. Develop local talent acquisition teams during expansion periods, ensuring alignment with company guidelines and proper knowledge transfer.

Bachelor's degree required. Experience in high-volume recruitment processes in industries such as logistics or retail. Proven experience in leading recruitment teams and managing hiring plans in operational expansion contexts. Proficiency in data analysis tools and report generation, such as Google Sheets or Power BI, is desirable. Willingness to travel frequently to peripheral regions for recruitment processes.
