Senior People Business Partner

Act as the sole in-region PBP in LATAM and provide on-the-ground support. Advise, coach, and influence leadership on performance management, employee relations, and organizational development. Partner remotely with departmental PBPs and COE teams to bridge global programs with local needs. Handle complex global employee relations issues and implement best practices.

8+ years of experience as an HRBP or in a related global HR role, preferably in fast-growing technology companies. Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience in HRIS, preferably Workday. Business level fluency in Portuguese and English, with Spanish fluency preferred.
